- 3. Epoxy Powder Application: Electrostatic spray of FBE powder onto the hot surface
- 4. Curing: Instant gelation and bonding on contact, forming a hard, protective film
- 5. Quality Checks: Coating thickness (80–200 microns), adhesion, porosity, and holiday testing
